Behind the bar at The Chapel Tap, we’re proud to serve spirits from The Cheddar Spirit Co. — a small-batch Somerset distillery based in the heart of the iconic Cheddar Gorge.

Inspired by their beautiful surroundings, Cheddar Spirit Co. use Cheddar spring water and locally sourced ingredients to create smooth, characterful gins, vodkas and rums that truly capture the spirit of the Gorge.

Crafted in small batches using a natural sugar beet spirit and carefully selected botanicals, these spirits are designed to be enjoyed neat over ice, with mixers, or in simple serves. Smooth, vibrant and unmistakably local.
