To Our Valued Community in South Woodham Ferrers,
It is with a heavy heart that I write this message to you all.
First and foremost, I would like to sincerely apologise to those who visited The Bluebell yesterday and found the building cold and unwelcoming. Once again, we have faced further electrical issues, which left us unable to control the boiler—creating an environment that was not suitable for eating and drinking with us.
Since taking on The Bluebell, we’ve encountered numerous challenges with the building. Despite our best efforts, it has continually felt like an uphill battle to keep things running smoothly. These ongoing issues have made it increasingly difficult for us to operate, and as such, we’ve had to make the heartbreaking decision to close the doors until the problems can be resolved.
At this time, I can’t indicate timeframes on when the building proprietor will have works completed. For those of you who have paid deposits or have bookings, do not be concerned I will personally ensure your deposits will be refunded in full. Until I know otherwise.
I would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone who has continuously supported us during many frustrating times. Your kindness and encouragement means so much to me my family also. As many have gotten to know my wife and children. To those who know me, you will know I’m a down to earth and honest individual trying his best! I value the community of south woodham ferrers and all this small town represents.
