'You want the moon on a stick'
But tonight I decided to balance the moon on my index finger instead, whilst out for a training ride for the London to Brighton Bike Ride on 13th September.
While my optical illusion skills clearly need work, my legs already in gear to take on the small 55 mile route - one I've not done before.
I'm taking on this challenge to raise sponsorship funds for Helen Rollason Cancer Charity, a local charity based in Hatfield Peverel but operating across Essex, enabling quality of life for people living with cancer.
Every donation directly powers their vital work (and gives me a solid reason not to abandon my bike in a hedge halfway through Sussex).
If youve ever bought honey from me, been on an experience day or accosted me in the street, I would love to have your support and a small donation to the cause (I have 75% of my target left to raise). It will also give me the incentive to get to the beer at the end
Please feel free to donate here:
