No rain means there’s no nectar which means no Honey. When it’s inspecting my Bees today, I scraped the Honey and they were all very keen to lineup and eat it. Not often you see a sight like this !

🐝 Help us give Chelmsford a permanent bee -ALL MONEY RAISED GOES TO FARLEIGH HOSPICE !!!

Chelmsford Beekeepers are raising funds to purchase one of the Buzz in the City bee sculptures and give it a permanent home in Oaklands Park for everyone in Chelmsford.

Thanks to amazing support so far, we’ve raised £1,725 of our £2,500 target - leaving just £775 to go.

Oaklands Park is home to Chelmsford Museum and the observatory beehive cared for by CBK members, making this a perfect location for the sculpture.

Every penny goes directly to Farleigh Hospice so we can purchase a giant bee 🐝 sculpture for everyone to enjoy at Oaklands Park.
