WOW… WHAT A DAY! ❤️

Saturday’s BowlBites was honestly beyond anything we could have expected.

The support was absolutely overwhelming — so many of you came through, filled Mettleworks with such an amazing atmosphere and showed our traders just how much you love what they do.

We genuinely didn’t expect the numbers we saw, and seeing so many people enjoying the food, music and good vibes meant the world to us.

A HUGE thank you to every single person who came along, queued, ate, shared, tagged us, told your friends and supported our little market. 🥹❤️

And a massive shoutout to our incredible vendors 🅢🅣🅔🅔🅛 🅢🅜🅞🅚🅘🅝🅖 , Jamaican Catering Essex | The Grants Kitchen Pizzeria Rollo , Kain Tayo , Lola and Lodoland .

So many of you loved their food that our traders SOLD OUT! 🔥🙌

We know some of you may have missed out once food had gone, and we’re so sorry — but honestly, seeing our independent traders sell out because of the incredible support was an amazing feeling.

We started BowlBites with a big idea… to create somewhere for amazing independent street food traders to come together, for people to eat, drink, relax and enjoy themselves.

Saturday showed us exactly why we started it. ❤️

We want to congratulate all the parents that have battled their way through the 6 week holidays. Keeping the kids entertained whilst getting work done, finding more and more things to do when it seemed like the weeks would never end.

But we got through it alive, the kids are back at school and we all deserve a treat!

So give yourself the ultimate treat tomorrow at Bowl Bites. Delicious food, great music and a chance to slow down and relax.

We love vinyl and it seems you do too.

We got such a great response from having the record stall in June that we're doing it again.

We have over 400 records from the 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s. Motown, funk, reggae, soul, rock, pop. All the hits, forgotten classics and unknown gems. 12" albums and 7" singles.

So once you've had your fill of delicious food, it won't just be Lola's incredible cakes you'll be taking home with you, you can walk away with some amazing music as well.
