A fresh batch of Invoice ripping off the canning line is always a wondrous sight...

This fluffy, hazy IPA has become a sort of flagship for us and feels very important to our history and development. First conceived to be a standout release for one of the first Hop City’s, Invoice has retained a special place in our hearts throughout the years through its intense, tropical deliciousness 💘

Hand selected, choice Citra and Mosaic on top of a soft, creamy base. Passion fruit, mango, skittles. Perfection.

And a new lick of paint for good measure! 🎨

Joining Italian Pils online this week is Saturated In Riwaka, a gorgeous house style DIPA, showcasing the great Riwaka hop.

Blending multiple @ Eggers Riwaka lots from this year's harvest, this is a pillowy soft, fluffy DIPA with oodles of skittles, passionfruit and underlying Riwaka funk. Superb!

Continuing our excellent run of zippy, dry hopped pilsners, we are over the moon to bring you Italian Pils this week. Italian Pils is our house pilsner, dry hopped with HBC 1134, a hop we are fortunate to be able to use as part of Yakima Chief Hops FWD project.

We are so pleased to bring you two gorgeous mixed fermentation b**rs this week that have been fermented with a mixed culture of yeasts and bacteria, had plenty of time in wood and have been sorted, blended and re-fermented on local whole fruit.

🍑 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗘𝗩𝗘 𝗛𝗜𝗟𝗟 🍑
• 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗼𝘁 𝙈𝙞𝙭𝙚𝙙 𝙁𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘼𝙡𝙚 • 𝟰.𝟱%

This is a truly beautiful liquid.. Orange blossom and honey on the nose, upfront taste is tart apricot jam, with some 'middle of the nectarine'. The acidity builds slightly, going into tangy peachy sherbet and leading into a long elegant zingy jammy finish.

This one is big.

The acidity, at first bright, becomes softer and warming as the fleshy, plummy, cherry presence of the damsons unfurls. Then there's a bit of a back and forth between very primary plum and oaky sweetness, all brought to a head by the sticky, plump tannins. This one you can take at face value or dig deep.

INTRODUCING THE ALLDEYA GOODS PALE ALE

A soft, juicy b**r which is heavy on tropical and lime aromatics and flavour. Fresh, balanced and highly drinkable, it's a b**r designed for long afternoons at the pub.

For the fruit, we're using aromatic lime zest plus lime terpenes, a pretty cool new brewing ingredient: essential oils are extracted from botanicals and recombined to mimic specific aromas, all natural!

The hop bill is led by Simcoe, Gareth’s (DEYA's innovation brewer) favourite American hop, with lots picked this year for tropical mango, lemon and just enough pine, a perfect complement to the afromenetioned limey zest action. It's paired with small amounts of Citra, adding citrus and ripe tropical fruit, and Riwaka, a New Zealand variety that can bring big passionfruit and peach notes.

On the malt side we've kept things classic, using UK cereals with plenty of flaked oats for body and texture, plus a touch of wheat for foam, giving the fruit something soft to sit on.

It’s delicious, we can’t wait for you to taste it. Available at THE ALLDEYA ARMS this August Bank Holiday.

This saturated pale ale is absolutely loaded with Idaho-7 at 60%, Nelson Sauvin at 20% and Citra at 20% of the dry hop.. Absolute screamer!
