Fraser started Frasers Fudj age 11 to fund a school trip to Paris, now age 13 Fraser wants to expand his business further. Being dyslexic means Fraser struggles at school but from owning his own business he can transfer these new skills to his maths and English lessons, giving him a much more practical approach to learning. Fraser's mum and dad expected the odd half hearted help around the house

when they suggested him earning his own spending money for his school trip, but no Fraser wanted bigger things. From experimenting with his late Grandfather, Frasers passion for cooking continued to grow. Fraser began selling at local school christmas fairs and now takes part in festivals across the country throughout the year. Fraser would love to see his Fudj on supermarket shelves one day.
