We’ve been cupping this week! You may be thinking ‘what is cupping?’. Well, it might seem slightly strange, but we slurp to ensure the coffee is aerated across the palate, which helps to accurately identify tasting notes and assess the quality⭐️

We cup coffee regularly, whether that be a new crop from a farm we already know and love, or to explore new partnerships with farmers- the main purpose is to make sure you’re getting the best tasting coffee☕️
