It’s Cheltenham Literature Festival!

And as well as hundreds of events and a cast of international authors we have poetry as pavement art sprouting under our feet all over town.

This example is round the corner from us at the end of the Strand. How many more can you spot?

It’s easy to forget when temperatures drop…

But dermatologists seriously recommend that we protect our skin all year round. Especially faces.

are a B Corp business passionate about the circular economy and seek to use ingredients in their products that would otherwise go to waste. Their sunscreen contains upcycled raspberry seeds, high in Vitamin A and E and full of antioxidants.

It also contains aloe vera, glycerin and lavender oil, so it doubles as a lovely fragrant moisturiser and you can buy exactly the amount you want. Perfect for autumn and winter protection 💚

She came for a month and stayed three years!

Nola’s been such a great asset to FoodLoose since she became our part time manager and working in the shop two full days a week has been the face many of our customers have seen the most. They’ll miss her as much as we will!

She’s trained any amount of new volunteers and her calm and friendly presence has given them confidence to take on the many different tasks involved in running the shop.

She’s off travelling now and we wish her many happy adventures!

Thank you Nola, for all you’ve given to FoodLoose. You’ll always be one of the family 💚

Not to mention plenty of healthy snacks to keep everyone happy while out shopping…
