Assistant Herdsperson wanted for a family-run organic dairy farm near Chepstow. We’re an autumn block calving summer grazing system with a strong focus on animal welfare and continuous improvement. Main duties include milking, herd health checks, treatments, fence moving, tractor work, and general farm tasks. We’re looking for someone calm, conscientious, and a good team player. Experience with dairy cattle is needed. A full UK driving licence is required. Tractor or telehandler experience is a bonus.
