Local businesses be careful, this scumbag tried to steal from Fabien’s jacket, fortunately he heard him and didn’t take his eyes off him - Fabien wasn’t sure about the attempted theft but the CCTV left no doubt.
The thief pretended he wanted to buy a bottle and of course his card was declined!
