P U M P K I N S 🎃

It's been a really tough growing season this year what with the late frosts and cold nights we had back in May and then the never ending drought, it hasn't been easy but Autumn is finally here and we are relieved and excited to announce that our pumpkin patch will be open daily from the 24th October until sold out.

You can take the farmer out of the farm but you can't take the farm out of the farmer! 😂

Me and the kids did enjoy ourselves imagining what on earth they might be nattering about for so long 🚜🚜🚜
All jokes aside it was lovely getting Robert away on holiday for just a little while.

I swear they'd put the kettle on if they were in Dante's inferno 🔥🔥🔥

Too hot for tea? Not according to the farm lads 🙈☕️🌞

One of the jobs I've been doing today is making sure that all of our water troughs (and to be frank as many water butts and buckets as I can find) are full and replenished around the farm.
Not just because the wildlife are feeling this heat too and I can't bare to see them gasping but we've found it actually helps to deter some of the little critters from digging up our crops looking for moisture.

4am starts ⏰
Beat the heat ☀️
Get the job done 🚜
Watch the sunrise 🌅

Not a bad way to start the day and an office view that rivals that of ITV's World Cup Brooklyn studio ⚽️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Not Rown 'TREES' then? 😂😂😭😭😅

A lot of you are genuinely surprised that it takes approx 10yrs to grow a 6/7ft Christmas tree.

Have a great weekend 🚜🌲🌲🌲
