H Y D R A T I O N 💦

One of the jobs I've been doing today is making sure that all of our water troughs (and to be frank as many water butts and buckets as I can find) are full and replenished around the farm.
Not just because the wildlife are feeling this heat too and I can't bare to see them gasping but we've found it actually helps to deter some of the little critters from digging up our crops looking for moisture.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY 🎈🎈🎈

Tomorrow we say Happy Heavenly Birthday to our Grandpa Sid, photographed here with his favourite bull that he was so very proud of and who was the bench mark for every bull he ever saw ever afterwards!

We also say Happy Birthday to our amazing Massey Ferguson 675 first registered on the 11th May 1982 !
This brilliant little machine is a true local having lived and worked locally to Chesham all of its life ❤️

It started its working life at the old turkey farm down the vale, then spent some time working for .jolliffe our brilliant local vets( St John's Veterinary Surgery ) husband and has been with us since September 2000.
The 675 still starts every time and we love having this little red rocket us help around the farm. 🚜❤️❤️❤️
