CHILDREN’S TV FAVOURITES BLUEY AND BINGO COMING TO CHESTER RACECOURSE
Say G’day to children’s TV favourites Bluey and Bingo at Chester Racecourse on Sunday 4 August, as the popular doggy duo make personal appearances at a fun-packed event for families.
The loveable Blue Heeler puppy and her sister, stars of the award-winning animated series Bluey, will be heading to the racecourse for Liverpool John Lennon Airport Family Fun Day.
The immersive, activity-filled event, which is free to attend for children, is expected to be in high-demand, as Bluey and Bingo pop up at intervals throughout the day on the Open Course.
Ranked as the number one show on CBeebies in the UK, Bluey has been streamed over 450 million times since it launched on BBC iPlayer and become a huge international success, broadcast in more than 60 countries.

CHESTER HOSPITALITY PEOPLE AWARDS FINALISTS FOR 2024 ARE REVEALED
The Chester Hospitality Association is excited to reveal the finalists for the People Awards for 2024.
The Chester Hospitality Association is excited to reveal the finalists for the People Awards for 2024.
The awards, in association with Chester Race Company, Horseradish and Saffron Vanilla are a chance to celebrate the talented individuals at the heart of Chester’s bustling hospitality industry. The event is a chance to shine a light on and honour the unsung heroes who demonstrate dedication, resilience, and commitment in an industry that has faced unprecedented challenges over the last few years.
There are 15 categories this year including Rising Star, Unsung Hero, Front and Heart of House Awards, Chef of the Year and Top Team to name a few. Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Thursday 20th June 2024 at Chester Racecourse.

THE FORGE, CHESTER IS AWARDED 2 AA ROSETTES!
The Forge, within Hotel Indigo Chester, has been awarded its first 2 AA Rosettes for Culinary Excellence. The AA Rosette Award, first awarded in 1956, was the first nationwide scheme for assessing the quality of food served by restaurants and hotels. The team of inspectors have an unrivalled wealth of experience in assessing quality throughout the UK so receiving an award is a huge achievement.

STOP EVERYTHING! 🦐🍽️
I am super excited about the The Sandbar Seafood Shack Food Demo at New Chester Market at 11am tomorrow.
Martin will be making this incredible dish - American Seafood Boil with potato, sweetcorn, crayfish, mussels, clams, prawns, monkfish and squid in a Cajun butter sauce.
It wil be on the specials board from tomorrow as a feast for one or a sharer for two.
