🚜 WE’RE HIRING – TRACTOR DRIVER (DAIRY FEEDING ROLE) 🐄

HFE Agriculture is looking for a reliable Tractor Driver to join our dairy team, with the main role focused on feeding our high-yielding herd.

📍 Chester, Cheshire

🕒 4 weekdays per week + alternate weekends

⏰ 6:00am – 4:30pm

About us:
• ~750 milking cows
• High-performance herd averaging ~13,000L per cow
• Modern machinery & progressive systems
• Supportive, well-organised team

The role includes:
✔ Feeding with diet feeder & loader
✔ Feed management & push-ups
✔ Clamp face management & sheeting
✔ Helping with silaging — all done in-house
✔ General yard support

We’re looking for someone who is:
✅ A confident tractor operator
✅ Reliable with good attention to detail
✅ Team-minded with a positive attitude
💰 Competitive pay depending on experience.
📈 Stable long-term role on a well-run farm.

Milking Positions Available - Chester📍

We are looking a milker for afternoon milkings (12-5pm) Mon – Fri, and every other weekend. 🌞

Also we have night milking every Friday and alternate Saturdays (7pm-12am). 🌌

We are a large modern dairy unit only 2 miles from Chester City centre. We are looking for someone who has experience milking cows to join our varied and friendly team milking our herd of 750 Holstein cows in our modern and well equipped dairy facility. 🐄

The right applicant should be confident and caring around cows, be willing to follow protocols, be reliable and punctual. Additional hours may become available over time. The role would be milking alongside current team members with a focus on quality, in a 36 point Rapid Exit milking parlour with teat brush.

Experience with cows is preferred, however full training will be provided on our system and equipment. If interested please direct message or email [email protected] with a short description of experience and availability. We are unable to accept overseas applicants at this time. Thank you.
