Spoiler: it’s not just “throw it together and hope for the best every time”. LOL, wish it was. Every new item (even the tiniest ones like a mere cold foam for an iced drink) goes through testing, measuring, quality control and a full spec sheet before it earns a spot on the menu — consistency is everything.
