What’s it like during rush hour?

Orders flying in. Grill flat out. Team shouting. Customers everywhere.

Controlled chaos… and somehow, it’s our favourite part of the day.

Wouldn’t have it any other way.

Silverstone absolutely battered us. 🏁

Friday: steady.
Saturday: our busiest day ever.
Sunday: 175,000 people turned up and proved us very wrong.

Somewhere in between we served a ridiculous amount of food, got some brilliant feedback and Alex somehow survived the night on a leaky air mattress.

Exhausted? Absolutely.

Ready for the next one? Always.

Our smash burgers are made fresh every morning using 100% Welsh Black Angus beef brisket. No messing about — just proper beef smashed on the grill.
