A little ‘behind the scenes’ here - this is the brisket that’ll become pastrami for the Valentine’s menu, during its 10 day cure. It’ll get rubbed and smoked before it becomes the meat in the pastrami taco on the 14th. All our tacos and sides are hand-made, which can take a lot of love! Have you booked in for Valentine’s yet?

Complete it and it’s free, plus your name on the wall. If the tacos win, you pay the £35.

A recently launched bar with a taco kitchen in Chesterfield is spearheading a new eating challenge - where you need to polish off this plate of food in just 20 minutes.

Sunday test kitchen time - here comes the BigTac. Double tortilla with melted cheese between, smash burger patty (this one is veggie), caramelised onions, lettuce, gherkin and tomato relish. Yeah, this’ll be on the menu on the 31st.
