Has anybody tried Pizzamici_uk? I was lucky enough to try them at a private event. A pop up that makes Traditional Hand Made Neapolitan Pizzas and I've got to say they're absolutely stunning!😍🔥

A lot of people asked in my previous bacon post about how to achieve rendered fat without turning the medallion into leather.🥓 Well here it is. I quite literally place all the bacon fat down against the wall of the pan and cook fairly slowly in beef dripping. Turning when the side starts to brown, making sure the medallion isn't catching on the pan. It's a labour of love 😂 Big shout out to Haighs Farm Shop once again for some cracking bacon! 🔥 These 6 thick rashers cost £2.30 alot cheaper than the supermarket! And people say the butchers are too expensive 🙄😂🥓🐷🐖
