Another delivery from our man Sam of . Sam is a very talented young baker from the West Country, and his grand creations sell out at Jar’s every week. He’s a lovely lad and a loyal supplier to us at Jar’s. This morning’s delivery comprises of: Viennese Fingers, NEW PIstachio Brownies, Jaffa Cake Blondies, Lemon Curd Blondies and his giant Bakewell Slices !! 5 years ago TODAY we opened the doors to Jar’s; a lockdown project spurred on partly by my inability to work as a Musician during the pandemic, but more so due to the passing of our beloved Dad Eddie, whose memory we opened the shop in. Needless to say, it’s been a hell of a journey so far..!! Jar’s is definitely not as sparse as it was pictured in 2020 and Rhia and I haven’t killed each other yet; although there have been close calls. We love the shop, our amazing staff and our wonderful customers. To infinity and beyond !!! Loadsa love, James and Rhia ### (Jar)
