Last Monday, we were pleased to welcome sommeliers from a range of accounts to our Coates & Seely x Wild Idol lunch at Kensington Palace.

Guests enjoyed a welcome glass of .official or from our bar on the terrace, before heading off on a tour to discover more of this historic palace.

Following this, we served a delicious lunch, with each course paired to the range of both the Wild Idol and Coates & Seely w**es.

It was a pleasure to host this event and we look to do more of this in the future, the only question is, how to top ?

As Negroni week has drawn to a close, here is a round-up with some of our partner bars and restaurants featuring delicious and creative twists on the classic Negroni.

2. Bentley’s spicy and bold Negroni list featured a Wild Negroni made with Nc’Nean’s Botanical Spirit. ( )

3. Corks Out showcased a delicious White Negroni using Sapling’s Gin. ( )

4. A perfect serve by Sucre using Pensador’s Espadin Mezcal in a Latin-American twist called El Camino. ( )

5. Watershed’s list included a spectacular Pineapple Rum Negroni, harnessing the power of Two Drifter’s Overproof Rum. ( )

6. Two beautiful Botanical serves at The Mermaid Taven and The Lord Strange in Prescott.

7. Sister Ray in Liverpool served the special and celebratory Tobermory Negroni using Nc’Nean’s Botanical Spirit.

8&9. The Holland used Sapling’s Gin to create their vibrant Blackberry and Cherry Negroni twists.

Delighted to announce the addition of to the GHF portfolio, our first move into the Mezcal category. We have been blown away by the quality of Pensador’s three expressions Espadin, Ensamble & Especial, all crafted in Miahuatlán, Oaxaca.

2 weeks ago we joined for their Wild Day Out, with 120 of our trade partners. A very fun day doing goat yoga, tree maintenance (of the saplings we planted a few years ago), a BBQ and lots of cocktails. A day spent away from London and in nature - taking it back to how Sapling began. 🐐 🌳🍸
