Showcasing England’s best Autumn ingredients is so much fun! 💜

A Celeriac Risotto with wild mushrooms, pheasant, roasted celeriac and fresh truffle. A beautiful Coppa from Surrey, crisped up and a drizzle of home made sage oil.

It has been a pleasure to share my 💜💜 of cooking and hopefully bring a bit of respite and joy over the pleasures of a home cooked meal to my local community. However I will be returning back to work in a few weeks and so I must close Bree’s Galley for now! I hope to be back with my own restaurant maybe next year 🤞🤞Follow me on Insta. Hey everyone, hope you’ve had a good week :)

3 weeks in, 350 dishes prepared and enjoyed by over 80 of you lovely people, I can’t thank you enough for getting me back into the kitchen doing what I love and helping where I can during lockdown.

I’m going to take a few days off this week to get my breath back from the overwhelming number of orders you amazing people have given since we started - I never imagined I would be so busy and therefore feel like I need to work on a few ideas that will allow me to serve more of you with more dishes from around the world, whilst maintaining the highest quality standards in each and every dish that I hold myself to…..my legs miiiiiiiight also be a bit sore from all the deliveries so they’d like a little rest too haha!

I’m going to make an easier to read menu and use the time away from the kitchen to get a snazzy automated ordering system up to make it easier for you all to order and me to manage too.

Finally thank you to everyone who has messaged me with feedback, please please please keep it coming, it really does make my day hearing how the meals have been enjoyed….and if you’d like to, please feel free to leave me a review on my page :)

Two clients tonight will be enjoying Panko Coconut Prawns with Satay dipping sauce followed by Sticky Ginger Salmon and Pad Thai. Finished with their favourite dessert...Sticky Toffee Pudding with Pecans

As I am currently stranded in the UK and have lost my job, I thought I’ll bring the Galley experience to my Friends and Family. Let me cook for you and help me not go mad whilst self isolating! I’ve picked my favourite meals onboard for my crew who I take huge pride in feeding and keeping fit and healthy.

I’m not aiming to go big with this, just aiming to give myself a purpose and hopefully sharing some delish food with you all. The hospitality industry has been the hardest hit in the UK with little chance of it bouncing back anytime soon. As I’m cooking from home I can only really provide this service to friends and family locally as I don’t have personal liability insurance, etc. If I can feed 10 friends a day I’ll be chuffed.

Let me know before midday and I will buy ingredients and cook everything fresh that day and deliver to you. Or you can let me know in advance and I can deliver twice a week to you and you can fridge/freeze the meals.
