At Ashling Park Estate we have a beautiful tasting rooms building with cellar door shop, bar, eatery, private dining. Our vineyard tour and tastings run twice daily Thursday - Sunday at 10.30am and 2.00pm, it’s always advisable to book on our website. We serve delicious food made from locally sourced in-season produce, with suggested wine pairing choices. Our clever chefs have included our wines i

n the ingredients too. The eatery aptly named ‘The Taste’ is open Thursday - Sunday for lunch between 12.00pm - 3.00pm and early suppers Thursday - Saturday between 6.00pm - 8.00pm. We are thrilled to announce the return of our Harvest Vine and Dine Dinner on Sunday 4th October. Our chefs have created a bespoke seasonal menu, with each course thoughtfully paired with Ashling Park wines to showcase the very best of the harvest.
