After a huge amount of thought, I’ve made the difficult decision to put The Curbside Cabin up for sale due to ongoing health circumstances.

This cabin has been built completely around quality, safety, and professionalism, and anybody who has visited over the years knows how much work, pride, and love has gone into it.

The trailer is a fully equipped commercial setup and includes:

• Full stainless steel kitchen from floor to ceiling
• Twin commercial fryers
• Flat-top griddle
• Six-ring burner with oven
• Seven-spit rotisserie oven capable of cooking 21 chickens
• Professional SRS-standard gas system
• Copper hard-lined gas installation with independent shut-off valves
• Automatic gas switchover system with 6 x 47kg cylinders
• CO2 and gas safety systems
• Built-in refrigeration plus separate fridge and freezer
• Two independent hot and cold water sinks
• Rear storage room with shelving
• Upgraded electrics running from mains or generator

The sale will also include various utensils and operational equipment including salad deck, hot water urn, burger press, chopping boards and more.

The cabin currently holds a 5-star rating and has been insured for approximately £45,000 replacement value due to the specification and equipment installed.

After a lot of thought, I’ve made the very difficult decision that The Curbside Cabin will not be reopening.

Due to ongoing health issues, along with a few personal circumstances behind the scenes, I need to take a step back and finally put myself first for a while. It’s not a decision I’ve made lightly, and honestly one that comes with a heavy heart.

I just want to say a massive thank you to every single person who has supported me on this journey. From the regular faces every week, to the new customers who became friends along the way — you’ve all meant more than you probably realise.

I’ve had the pleasure of meeting some absolutely wonderful people, plenty of four-legged visitors and fur babies, and created memories I’ll genuinely never forget. For a little cabin in Weymouth, it became something very special to me.

Thank you for every order, every chat, every recommendation, every Facebook share, every smile, and for supporting a one-man business trying his best.

This isn’t an easy goodbye, but it’s one filled with gratitude and appreciation.

Hi guys, just got back from Dorchester hospital and found out I’m going to be out of action for a couple of weeks 😔 but I’m glad I was able to host the Easter Egg hunt and see a lot of smiling faces!!! But be assured I’m working on the new times and a few new ideas too I’ll be bringing the Curbside chicken giro back also !!🫶👊
