🌶️ A little heat for a hot day...

Our Raspberry & Apache Chilli Vinegar and Cotswold Virgin Rapeseed Oil transforms simple prawns into a fresh, vibrant summer dish.

🦐 Chilli Prawn & Avocado Salad.

Ingredients
• 250g cooked king prawns
• 2 ripe avocados
• Mixed salad leaves
• Cucumber ribbons
• Cherry tomatoes
• 3 tbsp Womersley Raspberry & Apache Chilli Vinegar
• 3 tbsp Womersley Cotswold Virgin Rapeseed Oil
• Fresh coriander

Method
Mix the vinegar and virgin rapeseed oil. Toss together the prawns, avocado, salad leaves and vegetables before dressing generously. Scatter with coriander and serve immediately.

Sweet raspberry notes followed by a gentle chilli warmth create the perfect summer salad.

When the temperatures rise, the last thing you want is a hot kitchen. This vibrant Raspberry Vinegar Watermelon & Feta Salad is light, refreshing and bursting with flavour.

🍉 Watermelon, Feta & Mint Salad with Womersley Raspberry Vinegar and Womersley Virgin Rapeseed Oil.

Ingredients
• ½ watermelon, cubed
• 200g feta, crumbled
• Fresh mint leaves
• Handful of rocket
• 5 tbsp Womersley Raspberry Vinegar
• 3 tbsp Womersley Virgin Rapeseed Oil
• Freshly ground black pepper

Method
Whisk together the Raspberry Vinegar and Virgin Rapeseed Oil. Arrange the watermelon, feta, rocket and mint on a serving platter before drizzling over the dressing. Finish with black pepper and serve chilled.

Sweet, salty and beautifully balanced, perfect for al fresco lunches, BBQs or garden parties.
