Anglezarke Beef and Lamb

Im a local farmer trying to overcome currently horrendous prices being offered for our produce at market. Iv decided to try and cut out the middle man and sell direct to the public from our family hill farm on the edge of Chorley. We are currently taking orders for boxed lamb and beef:

Butchered lamb boxes -
1/2 traditional lamb box = £ 80 (7.5 - 10kg)
Whole traditional lamb box = £155 (15-20kg)

A traditional half lamb box contains:
A leg - whole or cut into 2 roasting joints
A shoulder - Whole or cut into 2 roasting joints
6-8 loin chops
6-8 cutlets
A chump of leg
Breast
1/2 Liver
2-3 neck chops
A whole lamb box contains double what a whole lamb box contains.

1/2 shepherds lamb box - £85 (7-9kg)
Whole shepherds lamb box - £165 (14-18kg)

A half shepherds box contains:
A leg - whole or cut into 2 roasting joints
6-8 loin chops
6-8 cutlets
A chump of leg
A pack of lamb mince
A pack of diced lamb
4 lamb burgers
1/2 Liver
A whole shepherds box contains double what a 1/2 shepherds lamb box contains

The lamb comes vacuum packed and boxed. All lambs are bred and reared on our moorland farm in Anglezarke on the edge of Chorley. Delivery is free within 30minutes of Chorley

Butchered Beef

5kg box - £65
10kg box = £125
20kg box = £245

The boxes will contain sirloin or rump, topside roast or silverside roast, mince, diced casserole steak, braising steak, and brisket. Burgers and sausages can also be included for £6 per pack
Fillet steak is also available at £28/kg
