Is seaweed actually a superfood, or is it just another wellness buzzword? 👀🌿

“Superfood” might not have an official scientific definition, but seaweed makes a pretty convincing case.

Naturally packed with nutrients including iodine and vitamin B12, plus high in fibre and a source if protein, there’s a lot going on inside those crispy little sheets.

So… hype or genuinely super?
