We are 6 years old today!!! What a rollercoaster it has been, its so hard running a small business nowadays with all the rising costs and very little support from the government.

The whole system is geared towards the massive chains and businesses so please if your spending your very hard earned money, please support local small independent businesses ๐Ÿ™

We are sorry to lose Maisie who worked with us on a Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday but she is following her true passion in life of teaching yoga. Now she has time to really dedicate herself to creating a space and classes just for you. She is a fantastic teacher and you can join her classes on a Monday and Tuesday from 6pm in the studio. Mondays class is flow and Tuesdays is nervous system reset. Our loss is everyone's gain who joins her class. Maisie B Yoga
