We have totally sold out of the Callisto Rosé 2023 but you can still get hold of a bottle at Bovey Larder! (While stocks last!)

No longer available via the Huxbear Vineyard, we're very lucky to have some bottles of 2023 Callisto Rose left at Bovey Larder.

If you haven't tried this yet, it's a must (and we're not Rose lovers)

The notes read "...exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes this dry rose w**e has a subtle rose and hibiscus nose. On the palate expect raspberry & cream, as well as delicate citrus notes, followed by a crisp clean finish.

For us the dryness and clean finish were lovely surprises and we got raspberries and rhubarb in the very first mouthful - delicious.

Huxbear Col Fondo is a dry, lightly cloudy, semi sparkling Col Fondo* with vibrant aromas of ripe peach, passionfruit, & delicate almond. The palate is bright & energetic, revealing pineapple & zesty lime layered with a subtle almond nuance that adds texture & complexity. Fine, persistent bubbles & refreshing acidity carry through to a crisp, dry finish with a gentle savoury edge.

*Col Fondo is an unfiltered, traditional style of sparkling w**e where the secondary fermentation happens inside the bottle and the leftover yeast sediment is left in.

Contains naturally occurring deposits.

11.5% alcohol. Brut nature (0g residual sugar).

Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

By Ruth - Cakes and Bakes is back, so we'll be stocking up on treats 🍰☺️ plus they'll be another lovely selection of flowers from Little Routh Flower Farm, NEW Cheeky Kid Soap, Teign Valley Venison is in full seasonal swing plus... Ola Syrian Kitchen, Dartmoor Beef and Lamb, Riverside Plants, Quack Fragrance, three acre farm, Rivenwood, Huxbear Vineyard, Nourish & Moor, and Chagford's own Fat Mouse. 🙌
