I run a low-tox preschool cooking class, and honestly…we keep it really simple.

We don’t talk about “good” or “bad” foods
We don’t make it complicated

We focus on:
- real ingredients
- simple recipes
- getting kids involved

And that’s kind of how I think adults should approach it too.

It doesn’t need to feel overwhelming to be meaningful.

Sometimes simple really is enough 💙

I’ve been a bit quiet on here the last few months…

Life got busy, I overthought what to post, and honestly I think I made it all a bit more complicated than it needs to be.

But here’s what I’ve realised:
Low-tox, low UPF living doesn’t need to be perfect
It doesn’t need to be extreme
And it definitely shouldn’t feel overwhelming

So I’m coming back to this page with a simpler approach:
- easy swaps
- realistic meals
- less confusion, more clarity
