Honestly one of the coolest things about this category (and our jobs) isn’t even the “trend” side of it.
it’s things like this.
Being able to share a bottle, the ritual, the taste, the conversation… Without it always having to come with alcohol.

Feels especially meaningful as more people start thinking about health, energy, sleep, medication, or just wanting to feel better without giving up the experience itself.

There’s something so special about being able to share ZENO with the people who taught us what celebration even means in the first place.

And to see more and more people realising you can keep all of that… without necessarily needing the alcohol.

Organic, low in sugar, alcohol-liberated wine that still feels elegant, celebratory (!), and genuinely delicious.

Maybe that’s why non-alcoholic wine feels less like a trend now, and more like a gift 💛

People were curious… but not always convinced.

This year at London Wine Fair felt different.

You could feel the shift happening in real time - not just in the size of the crowds around the bottles, but in the types of conversations being had. Less “wait… this is non-alcoholic?” and more genuine curiosity about production, terroir, texture, structure, pairing.

The category is growing up.

And honestly, it’s exciting to watch people realise that removing alcohol doesn’t have to mean removing craft, complexity or ritual.

A lot of swirling, a lot of passionate debates, an alarming amount of use of the word “minerality”… and a real sense that this space is only just getting started.

Four years ago, alcohol-free wine at London Wine Fair still felt like a side conversation.

This week, watching people crowd around the stand, ask real questions, taste seriously, and genuinely get it… you can feel the shift happening in real time.

David put it perfectly: the category is growing up. Not just more options — better wine, better conversations, better understanding of what alcohol-liberated wine can actually be.

The most exciting part?
We still feel like we’re only at the beginning.

Huge love to everyone who came by, tasted with curiosity, challenged old assumptions, and helped push the conversation forward 🍷⚡️
