Here is the decoding of the secret sausage schema at the Harwich Sausage Festival earlier today:

A was a caramelised onion sausage from Shaws Farm Meats of Dovercourt and Manningtree markets.
B was a Lincolnshire sausage from St. Osyth butchers.
C was a honey and mustard sausage from Ragmarsh Farm Shop in Manningtree.
D was a Cumberland sausage from Frinton Road Butchers in Holland-on-Sea.
E was a Marmite and Cheddar sausage from Smiths Butchers of Brightlingsea.
F was an apple and cider sausage (with a hint of cinnamon) from Pier Avenue Butchers in Clacton-on-Sea.
G was a gourmet truffle sausage from Ramsey Master Butchers in Ramsey.
H was a currywurst sausage from Becky's Butchers in Great Bromley.
I was a caramelised onion and red pepper sausage from Chas Bower in Holland-on-Sea.

Voting was incredibly close but the winner was the Lincolnshire sausage from St Osyth Butchers and Delicatessen in St. Osyth. Well done to Peter who has recently taken over the business!
Second place went to the currywurst from Becky's Butchers and third place to the caremelised onion sausage from Shaws Farm Meats.
