Don’t think the tups appreciated me coming out the house with these but am sure someone else will enjoy them.

These are available anytime with a little warning and need picked up same day cream is added.

Christmas giveaway 🧑🏼‍🎄🌲

Getting into the Christmas spirit I would like too give away a Christmas box full of festive goodies🧁

These include
2 big meringues filled with fresh cream and caramel sauce
4 mince pies these contain NUTS
1 packets of peppermint creams
1 bag of lemon, white chocolate truffles
2 of lucy festive cupcakes

Will be numbers 1-150 again

Once all the numbers are gone I will ask my friend Alexa to pick a number.

Red Thai chicken soup

First time making this and wow the flavours are mouth watering I changed a few bits from the recipe I found.

2 chicken breast
1 pepper
1 onion
2 spring onion
Handful of coriander
1/2 lime juice
Tsp fresh ginger
4 garlic cloves
1 tin of coconut milk
2 jugs of boiling water
2 chicken stock cubes
1 stock pot
Rice noodles
4 tsp of Thai red curry paste

Cut chicken, onion and peppers into cubes
Grate ginger
Chop spring onion and coriander
Brown off chicken and remove
Add onions, pepper, garlic and ginger to pan and soften add in curry paste.
Add both chicken stock to boiling water and add to pan along with your 1 jug of boiling water.
Pop in tin of coconut milk and stock pot
And simmer for 5 mins then add noddles, spring onions and coriander. Simmer for 10mins then add 1/2 lime juice.

Serve and enjoy.
I will definitely be making this again.

This was a last minimum dinner choice tonight my lazy take on chicken spaghetti Bolognese.

1. I couldn’t be bothered taking out the mincer
2. I wants to actually sit on my back side and do nothing this afternoon.

What you will need
3 chicken breasts
Carrot
Pepper
Red onion
Garlic lazy today
2 tbsp mixed herbs
1 chicken stock cube
1 chicken stock pot
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
1 tin of Passata
3 tbsp tomato purée
1 small cup of boiling water
You can add any veg to this but I went with what i had.

Cut chicken into small chunks, pepper, carrot, onion and garlic chopped too, place in oven proof pan with chicken stock pot and mixed herbs until chicken is partly cooked.
Add your chicken stock cube to boiling water, then add to pan along with tin of tomato, Passata and tomato purée. Let it simmer for 5 mins.

Set your oven at 180
Then pop your oven proof dish with a lid into oven and slow cook your bolognese for 1 hour.
You could always use this to make lasagna the 2nd night.

Box of 6 mince pies £6 things a bargin as mince pies by themselves at £1.50 these do CONTAIN NUTs and been maturing for 3 weeks.

And there is a box at The Saint Duthus Hotel in tain today with
Malteser slice £3.00
Biscoff slice £2.00
Custard creams £3.00

There isn’t many left as was out last night why not pop in for some lunch and grab some baked goods after. Be supporting two local business.
