This August, our Technical Compliance Coordinator, Beth, is taking on an incredible challenge by completing 123 skips every day to raise money and awareness for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.

She's doing this because these conditions have had a huge impact on her family. Her aunty has Crohn's disease and has had major surgery, including having a stoma fitted. Beth's mum lives with severe ulcerative colitis and has already needed three blood transfusions. If her condition worsens, she may also need life-changing surgery.

Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis are autoimmune conditions where the body's immune system attacks the digestive system, causing painful ulcers, bleeding, extreme fatigue, anaemia, and other serious complications. There is currently no cure, and awareness of these conditions is still far too low.

Please support Beth as she skips her way through August to help raise awareness and funds for everyone affected by these invisible illnesses. Every donation, share and word of encouragement means so much. 💜
