It’s a fudgelicious weekend this weekend as we head on into Autumn, Apple Crumbwaffle is back on the menu and our homemade Fudge Fundaffle has been requested by our lovely wedding couple on Saturday so I have made lots and lots so it can come to the cricket Tap&Run on Sunday too 😊

It’s the Big Summer Party Spilsbury & Jones Brewing Co. this weekend!

Could potentially be a tropical rainforest jungle but who cares! There is loads of undercover space and indoor space for partying with great music, drink and very delicious food 🙌 (have made double the amount of waffle sundae bowls after last weeks sell out 😊)
Plus it is the last pop-up of the summer Sarah Starkey so head on up if you need a waffle fix and I’ll see you there 🤩

So excited for this weekend!
This evening I am back Sarah Starkey at last and can’t wait to catch up with you all!
On Saturday evening I’m keeping it very local serving up waffles Tap&Run which is always fab!
And in between it all I will be Spilsbury & Jones Brewing Co. hopefully with some more ice cream waffle baskets if I can find time to make them!!

This has been on our minds for quite some time
🧇 the savoury waffle 🧇
So this weekend has been all about taste testing and as a true fan of the sweet waffle I have been blown away by these savoury offerings

Chorizo and tomato salsa with soured cream
Smashed avocado, bacon pieces, balsamic glaze and toasted seeds
Yum yum yum yum yum!
Still some tweaking to do and these won’t be available as of yet. They have been requested by a couple of events over the summer so we will see what happens after that.

Be great to see you over the weekend, both Hartlebury Castle and Spilsbury & Jones Brewing Co. have great beer, great music, fantastic food and amazing waffles!!
