Nothing to worry about with regards to the eggs 🥚 we sell in the shop. 🐓

Just to a little updated with the salmonella outbreak that’s currently in the news. It appears that the outbreak is from imported eggs possibly from countries that don’t always have the strict rules and standards that UK egg farmers have to adhere to.
All the eggs at Brookside Farm are freshly laid daily and we meet all the standards required in the UK egg industry. We have regular tests and checks to ensure our eggs are top quality and our recent salmonella tests all came back fine. Thank you to all our customers for your support, buy fresh and support local whenever you can 🍳

We’re open today until 6pm and after all that rain, we’re definitely going to make the most of this sunshine! 😍

As much as the rain was very much needed, it’s miserable when it keeps coming… so surely there’s time to squeeze in a few more BBQs before summer disappears! 🔥🥩🍔

We were so happy to be asked to supply the sausages🌭 for this years Speed Shear. We hope you all enjoyed them.

🏕️ Wild camping trips are just the best! 🔥🥩

After being pestered by the boys, we finally decided to give it a go… and they absolutely loved it! 😂

And luckily for us, there were four burgers and a few sausages left over to enjoy on the BBQ! 🌭🍔🔥

There really is something special about sitting around a campfire, enjoying good food and making memories together. ❤️
