A wee bit of a different post from us tonight… but this was FAR too good not to share with yous all! 🤤🔥

We took a wee trip down to Fire & Smoke BBQ in Hamilton tonight and OMG… you guys seriously need to give this place a try! 😍

And for us being butchers, we just HAD to share this place with you guys! 🥩🔥 We know good meat when we see it, and these guys absolutely smashed it! 👏

We went all out with the BBQ feast 👇

🥩 16-hour smoked brisket
🦃 48-hour brined, smoked & butter-bathed turkey
🦴 Caveman beef rib
🌭 Cajun & jalapeño cheese sausages
🔥 Brisket pit beans
🌽 Street corn
🥬 Betty slaw
🍯 House sauces, bread & pickles

Everything was absolutely unreal, but that brisket and beef rib… 🤤👌 Proper melt-in-the-mouth stuff!

And judging by the second picture, the wee man definitely approved as well! 😂❤️
