Derek "Dod" Payne, who was one of our drivers , sadly passed away on 24th June following his diagnosis of a serious illness.
We really miss his banter, the laughs and his good nature.
His customers were all very fond of him as he cheered everyone up and looked after them so well.
He will be sorely missed by us all.

Hi folks, just had a new door fitted to our premises. Fully galvanised steel and powder coated, so will outlast us for sure 🤣 our old wooden door had been on since my great grandad Jock was running the business. Its been repaired many times but was time to move on and get a more secure door.

It was fitted by Paul and his team at PMc Fabrication & Welding . Absolutely superb job, great craftsmanship and from a great local guy. Love supporting local businesses like this as need to keep skills like Paul's from disappearing from our shores!

Family of late William (Bill) Laing

Looking for some help to trace the son of the late William Russell Laing who used to live at West Holme Gardens, Musselburgh.

Still to contact the fisherman’s association as I know Bill had a boat in port seton. He still owns a garage at the back of our business.

Must be very reliable, punctual, friendly, hardworking and willing to work as part of a team. This job involves delivering to 80-120 households per day so if your looking for a job with long breaks this ISNT for you! Must be willing to work with the public, build relationships and be able to use your own initiative. Cleaning and heavy lifting involved.

All our white fish is sourced from Shetland, always superb quality fish 🐟

Hi , I purchased a side of Smoked Salmon on the 12th of December, I am now back in Javea Spain with the Salmon which I have just sliced ready for today’s lunch starter . I managed to keep a few slices for my breakfast!! Wow 🤩 it is absolutely amazing , flavour, texture and I can’t wait for my international guests to taste this magnificent salmon . 👍👍🏆
