We are!!

Who would like to sample a fantastic

-Wagyu steak sandwich?

Or maybe

-Pulled Wagyu Brisket?

If neither of those take your fancy what about

-Lamb Tagine?

or

-Pulled Pork?

all of which are produced here on our farm.

Come and find us next to the cattle tent for some high quality tasty food.

Penrith Show is only days away.

So much to do and so little time to do it all in.

We serve fresh food so its all very last minute.

Do come and find us opposite the bar.

Wagyu burgers 🍔
And Wagyu chilli nachos 🌶

Our chips are cooked in Wagyu Tallow too 😋

Its nearly Penrith Show again!!!

Come and find us near the bar near the entrance.

Our menu this year is going to be

Wagyu steak sandwich with blue cheese and wild rocket salad with a side of chips

Pulled Wagyu slow cooked Brisket served on top of chips with sour cream and crispy onions

Handmade Wagyu burger served with cheese, onions and salad with a side of chips.

Chilli nachos made with our Wagyu steak mince. Cooked slowly served over tortilla chips with jalapeños, cheese and sour cream.

All our meat is home produced and is 💯 fullblood Wagyu.

The chips are cooked in Wagyu beef dripping too.

How did the new season come round so quickly.

I'm getting the trailer ready for this weekends event.

SXS Racing
Polaris racing at Dean Moor MX track.

My menu this weekend will be something like this.

-Cumberland sausage in a bun
-Bacon roll
-Wagyu burger, cheese, onion & salad (optional)
-Pulled Wagyu Brisket served over chips
-Pulled pork served over chips
-Wagyu chilli nachos
-Chips
-Chips & cheese
-Chips, cheese & Gravy

-hot and cold drinks
-Rhubarb muffins
-something else sweet and sticky (I've not decided yet 😂)

Please do come and support my trailer. I cook everything using meat we produce here on our farm.
No cheap frozen rubbish is used.

Hoping to be serving 7.30am -4.30/5pm both days (we have quite a drive to get to the event)

Thats it our final event of 2025 🎉

Shap farmers market today. Perfect weather after the rain we have had.

Thank you to everyone who has supported the trailer this year. We have had a busy one.

Shes getting cleaned down and put into hibernation.

We will be back out again around April 2026

Our farm shop will be closing for January again. So please do come along and get stocked up.
