🌿💍 A WOODLAND WEDDING… WITH A DIFFERENCE! 💍🌿

There’s something rather special about a woodland wedding — relaxed, informal and full of natural charm. And that’s exactly the feel this lovely couple wanted for their big day. ❤️

Rather than a traditional sit-down wedding breakfast, they opted for a relaxed sharing-platter style buffet, allowing their guests to help themselves, mingle and enjoy a delicious selection of food together.

And what a spread! 😍

From my Gentleman’s and savoury-style platters, packed with homemade Scotch eggs, sausage rolls, pork pie wedges, mini cheese scones, chutneys and piccalilli, to beautifully presented charcuterie-style platters filled with cured meats, mozzarella, cheeses, olives, vine tomatoes, peppers, apricots and homemade accompaniments.

Everything was designed to be shared, enjoyed and enjoyed again! 🧀🥓🍅🥐

I absolutely love this style of catering for celebrations. It looks impressive, gives guests plenty of choice and creates a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere — perfect for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, parties and family celebrations.

My platters are available in medium sizes serving up to 6 and large serving up to 10, with plenty of savoury and sweet options to choose from.

I absolutely loved putting together this bespoke Italian-inspired buffet for a recent customer! ❤️

We went for a beautiful selection of fresh, colourful and seriously delicious dishes, including:

🥗 Caesar salad with chargrilled chicken strips
🍅 Panzanella salad
🌿 Green pesto pasta
🍈 Cantaloupe, prosciutto & micro basil salad
🇮🇹 Caprese salad
🧀 And a stunning Italian-inspired meat & cheese board featuring creamy burrata, Gorgonzola, prosciutto and Milano salami.

And of course, we couldn't forget dessert! 😍

I’ve been keeping busy in the kitchen creating some lovely bespoke cakes and cupcakes for some very happy customers, and I couldn’t resist sharing these two recent creations! 😍

🍫 First up… a Galaxy Chocolate Number Cake! 🍫
Because let’s be honest… is there ever such a thing as too much chocolate? 🤎😂

A delicious chocolate cake, beautifully finished with chocolate buttercream and absolutely loaded with Galaxy chocolate, chocolate pieces and little chocolate treats. Definitely one for the serious chocoholics! 🍫🍫🍫

👶 And then something completely different…
Some gorgeous neutral baby-themed cupcakes for a very special celebration. 🤍🤎

I loved creating these with their soft, elegant neutral tones and cute little baby details – teddy bears, baby bottles, prams, tiny feet and beautiful embossed designs. 🧸🍼👣

I had so much fun creating this custom 21st birthday number cake! The 2 was transformed into a prehistoric dinosaur adventure, complete with dinosaurs, dinosaur eggs, and jungle-inspired details, while the 1 celebrated all things plumbing with tools, pipes, and even a tiny toilet! 🚽🔨🦕

I absolutely love bringing unique ideas to life and making each cake as personal and memorable as possible. Seeing two completely different themes come together in one cake made this project extra special!
