A VERY GOOD MORNING to all our amazing customers we can’t thank you all enough for your patience with us as I recover from my long awaited ankle surgery which I’m still recovering from and along with other health issues that has put us on a hold for the summer season but I’m happy to confirm we will be holding our first summer cook up this Saturday 20th June for collection after 5pm I will be taking pre orders but the gazebo will be out for walk ups as it’s been such a long time coming we going to have very limited quantities of things to ease us back into the routine so I strongly suggest preordering !!! All pre orders have to be in by Thursday 18th June at 9pm also when preordering please make clear if there any allergies !!! We can’t wait to see you all 🥰 collection from 46 Queensland drive CO2 8UF I do apologise in advance it will be a CASH only as we in the process of changing business banks so please bare with us

MENU for Saturday 20th June

Starters

Trini doubles two fried bars sandwich with curried chickpea served with an assortment of chutney £4 each

Pholourie a fluffy fried dough served with an assorted chutney 10 for £3

MAINS

Mains served wrapped in either a dhal puri roti or veggie fried rice or a large buss up shirt/paratha roti £14 each

Curried boneless goat
Curried boneless chicken

There will be a very limited amount of buss up shirt/ paratha roti on the day for collection unless pre ordered !

DESSERTS £3 each

Coconut roll stewed coconut with cinnamon and nutmeg rolled in pastry

Currents rolls sweetened currents with cinnamon and nutmeg rolled in pastry

Coconut sweetbread

Snow cone 🍧 with or without condensed milk £3
Guava
Pineapple
