Katsu Shack A new and exciting street food brand has launched, Katsu Shack!

There's been a bit of a rebranding exercise going on behind the scenes, so I'm going to be revealing the new menu and some permanent signs on the vans at some point in the next few weeks.

The whole look of the van should change and my dear friend Sarah Ellen Young is the creative genius behind the changes! I was giving so much 'could you do this' 'could you do that' and obviously the 'could you completely do the other' as every business owner tends to do!

She was super fast at just going along with the ride and I would definitely recommend her as someone who can create an aesthetic in business.

Anyone who runs a small business should wait and see what her input is going to do to my van in the coming few weeks. I'm so grateful and I'm sure you'll be grateful too when you decide to brand or rebrand your business.

Morning everyone!

It's another lovely summer's day out there, and if you're having to go to town instead of the beach, make the trip worth it by having some comfort food. Breaded chicken (or tasty tofu) on some seasoned extra crispy fries, with sauce and toppings to make you happy for the rest of the day. On High Street Colchester outside Moss Bros until about 2.45pm 😁

Katsu Shack is back once again on the High Street (by Moss Bros) today and tomorrow between 11am and 3.30pm serving fresh and tasty chicken and tofu, with steamed rice, loaded fries and bao buns deliciously paired with a variety of different Asian-inspired sauces.

All garnished with your choice of crispy onions, spring onions, fresh chillies, coriander, carrot shreds, and leafy lettuce!

You deserve this treat!

Morning lovely people, after a really busy couple of events last weekend, I'm back at the High Street outside Moss Bros this afternoon until 3pm for all your loaded fries, steamed rice and bao bun needs!
