Looking further into the two negative reviews we have received, BOTH accounts have also given HER page positive feedback and BOTH accounts have just ONE friend. She’s also admin!!!!

Very suspicious indeed.

We now believe we have identified who is behind these accounts. Any further attempts to make fake accounts or post malicious and defamatory comments about our salon will be taken seriously, and we will not hesitate to take appropriate legal action!!!!

But honestly, the amount of genuine, positive feedback and support we have received from our clients has been overwhelming. ❤️ We appreciate every single one of you more than you know.
It really does show what we have created over the last 15 years of having our doors open — a salon with loyal clients who know us, trust us and continue to come back.
Jealousy is an awful trait. We’ll continue doing what we do best and let our work and our genuine clients speak for us. ❤️

👀We wanted to bring this to your attention regarding the recent fake posts about our salon. We have noticed that the same individual appears to be connected to the comments on several of the other posts we believe to be fake, she’s even recommended her OWN HAIR PAGE on this fake account , and she also appears to be an admin of some of the pages where these posts and comments are being made.
Based on what we have observed, there seem to be clear links between the accounts and activity involved

We are keeping records of the posts, comments and page activity in case further action is necessary.

A MESSAGE TO OUR CLIENTS ❤️
We feel it’s important to address something that has recently been brought to our attention.
Someone has made claims on social media suggesting that we use AI to edit our photos and videos and misrepresent our work.
After 15 years of building our salon, our reputation and, most importantly, the trust of our clients, we can assure you that this is simply not who we are or how we operate.
We have always taken pride in showing our work honestly. What you see is the work we create, the results our clients receive and the passion we put into what we do. We have never needed to fake or alter our results to make our business look better.
Our clients who have been with us over the years know this better than anyone and they can vouch for the authenticity of our work.
It is incredibly upsetting and frankly disappointing to see someone take to social media to make accusations and attempt to shame a business that has spent 15 years working hard, building a loyal clientele and creating a successful salon from the ground up.
We are proud of everything we have achieved, and we will continue to stand by the quality and authenticity of our work.
