These young bullocks will one day become our Irish Moiled burgers.
Unlike many modern systems, we don't rush them on with heavy feeding. Instead, they're allowed to mature at their own pace on a diverse diet of grass and forage.
That slower growth helps develop the depth of flavour that Irish Moiled beef is known for, while allowing the cattle to live as naturally as possible.
For us, producing good beef and supporting a native breed go hand in hand. Every burger, steak and roast helps give the Irish Moiled a practical purpose and a future on farms like ours.
A breed survives when people choose it, value it and enjoy it.
