🌍Lynas Walks the World 👟

To celebrate 75 years of Lynas, our teams across NI, ROI & Scotland are taking on the challenge of collectively walking the equivalent of the World’s circumference - 24,901 miles.

Whilst it’s a friendly competition bringing colleagues together, we’re doing this to raise money for four incredible charities Community Rescue Service Western District, Borders Water Rescue Team, Scottish Mountain Rescue and Mountain Rescue Ireland.

Giving back to the communities we serve is something that's important to us at Lynas.

Congratulations to our Quality team on an outstanding fundraising effort for AWARE NI and thank you to everyone who supported the 12-hour cycle challenge 👏💙 🚲

A special mention goes to Mary Molloy, who helped provide the invaluable resources from Aware NI. We'd also like to extend a huge thank you to GEHQ Gym in Ballymoney for generously lending us their erg bikes for making the challenge possible!

Earlier this year some of our team took on the Belfast Relay Marathon, and together they've raised an incredible £5,000 for Chest, Heart & Stroke Northern Ireland.

The challenge meant something different to each team member involved. For some, it was a personal challenge, pushing beyond their comfort zone. For others, it was about wellbeing, finding focus and balance alongside busy working lives. And for others, it was about supporting a cause close to their hearts.

A fantastic effort from everyone who took part. Thank you to our relay runners, to everyone who sponsored a mile and helped make this possible 💙
