I have limited stock.
Unfortunately it has gone up in price but its still a great price for 100% pure honey.

Just to let you know, you can now pay for your Preserves by
QR Code which is located inside the door of my stall.
When you scan the QR Code on your phone it will display a page to pay Sandra Starling Catering, just enter the amount you want to pay.
You can still pay by cash with the honesty box or ring the bell for my personal attention
and pay by card.

This amazing weather is ripening the plums nicely. So this week I have made plum jam from my friends tree which is free of pesticide.
I've added a touch of spice.
I need to label them, they will be in my stall in a couple of days.
Next week I pick up my Greengages from Heath farm Bluntisham.
It's so lovely to live in this area, making use of all the great seasonal fruit.

Purchased some beautiful looking Apricots from Heath farm shop Bluntisham on Saturday, to make my golden Apricot jam.
I made some last year but didn't make enough and sold out within a month so I'm making 3 times the amount.
So I will be spending all this week in the kitchen. I've already made 60 jars.

I will be delivering a large order to Tom's tomorrow as he is almost out of everything in St.Ives and the Somersham Shop.

I'm just pleased the weather is cooler this week. No AC in my kitchen 🥵
