I’m just a little bit Thrilled with this cake . I was asked to make a ‘glamorous, cow girls theme cake and it needed to be ‘WOW’ cream and gold colour theme . I feel I nailed it ( even though I say it myself ) I couldn’t find a cow boy hat I liked on line or a number 18 so decided to have a go at making one them … so I rose to my own challenge !! Everything on this cake is edible apart from ‘the fluffy’ flowers and feathers ! Alex was over the moon … phew ! I only use the freshest of eggs from Dot delivered by her lovely mum at the crack of dawn ( always catches me in my PJ’s😂) .
