REALLY looking forward to packing this next week. Echo IPA 5.2%

🌳Cascade, Strata, Citra Cryo
🌾 Mayfield Malt, Dextrin, Oats, Chit, Torrefied Oats. Wheat

I brewed this beer as a sort of “no-coast” without trying too hard to place it as a style. It’s slightly bitter with lots of tropical aroma.

So happy of the freedom I have to put my own mark on these recipes! My daughter said it smelled “peachy” which is good enough for me.
