Enormous thanks to everyone who made it to our first Brewery Open Day! We were so lucky with the weather and it was great to get to talk to all of you and put some faces to names.

Mallow Hazy Pale was by far the most popular pint followed by Drift Rustic Lager, but in total you got through an impressive 341 beers!

We had delicious food (personal favourites being the 7 layer dip and pineapple upside down cake) from Smokey and the Bandit UK and thanks to Callum Adey for the fab photos.

We're very open to feedback so if you think something could be better/different or you have a suggestion, please send us a message.

Fingers crossed for another Open Day on Saturday 3rd October; we'll keep you posted and get (free) tickets on the website asap.

Our first Open Day is this Saturday! There are a couple of free tickets left but that's it, unfortunately if you don't have a ticket, we can't let you in as we have limited space.

If you're joining us, a few things to note:

🍖We'll have Lipsmackin' TexMex & BBQ from Smokey and the Bandit UK
🐕‍🦺Well behaved dogs on leads welcome
🍺We'll have 3 cask and 4 keg lines pouring plus 9 beers in can and soft drinks
🪜There are 2 steps down into the Brewhouse, which is where there will be seating and 'Tours'. There will also be covered outdoor seating. If you're unable to get down the steps, we can do a distance Tour.
🚗We have limited parking, please car share where possible. Please don't park on the grass.
🧻Unfortunately, our current toilet facilities are not wheelchair accessible and we're unable to provide an accessible toilet for this event. We know this may make the day inaccessible for some visitors, and we're sorry that we can't offer better facilities at this stage.

If you have any questions about access to the brewery or would like to talk through your individual requirements before visiting, please drop us a message and we'll do everything we reasonably can to help.

Looking forward to it!

🌿💧The second evolution of Echo is brewed with Talus.

It has big aromas of pink grapefruit and tropical fruit up front, followed by a touch of coconut, rose petal + lychee; finishing soft with a gentle bite of bitterness, resin and cedar.

More about the Echo series - It's an ever evolving IPA in both style and ingredients, brewed for easy moments and the memories it creates.

It's a beer for good times; fresh, balanced, and expressive. Its hop character evolves over time, shaped by what’s fresh and seasonal rather than fixed or formulaic. It takes its name from the way good moments linger, shaped by place, people, and shared experience rather than volume or speed. To us, Echo represents the idea that the best experiences often return after the moment itself; revisited often, in memory and conversation.

Try some this Sunday Modern Makers Market, see you there.
