Meet Flo and Ben, farmer Jim’s sidekicks. These two know their job inside out, and have straight A’s when it comes to herding sheep at the farm.

You might spot them out in the fields in the morning, or taking a ride on the back of the quad bike.

When they’re not working, they’ve got a great setup for a well deserved rest in the barn.

Even with all of the rain, the sheep still need fresh water in the fields. 🌧️🐑

A simple job that has become a lovely part of family life, giving us the chance to spend more quality time together while caring for the animals.

Some of the smallest moments often become the most special. 🤍

Adjoining the farmhouse is the annexe, tucked away on the hillside and surrounded by panoramic views across to Mór Bheinn in one direction and Ben Chonzie in another.

Here, sunsets are the main event of the day, painting the sky in ever-changing colours as the landscape settles into the evening.

The annexe offers a more modern aesthetic, with bright, open spaces and everything you need for a peaceful countryside escape.

Enjoy the quiet beauty of the farm, slow down, and watch the world turn gold.

It’s Sunday planning day. We’ve got a full week ahead, with lots of guests arriving and departing, grass to cut, admin to catch up on and plenty of behind-the-scenes jobs to keep us more than occupied.

Home life is also busy; from potty training, to finishing the mud kitchen and sand pit intended to be ready for a certain toddlers 2nd birthday! 🥳

Raising a family and running multiple businesses, often means spinning many plates at once. But between naps, meal planning and bedtime, we get there in the end.

Here’s to a productive week, steady progress, and finding small moments of calm along the way. 🌿✨
