WHAT A LOVELY WRITE UP FROM THE MAYOR……………

I’ve been talking all things oatcake with Ian and Caroline Pugh at Congleton Oatcakes! I was delighted to present a Congleton Town Council 30 year High Street Retail Award to the oatcake team! It was fascinating hearing all about the custom recipe that makes their oatcakes so delicious. I also love the ‘merch’ that is now available. Let’s all shout about Congleton Oatcakes! Get your lunch and a t-shirt. Congratulations to Ian, Caroline, Becky and Sue.
