Three years ago, that question took our family to Jalisco, Mexico - into the fields, the distilleries, and the culture that makes agave so special. What started as curiosity became a commitment:
to bring a cleaner, more honest agave spirit to the UK. Since then, o
ur journey has grown. Two brothers now lead the brand with their dad in the background, shaping a company built on respect for the land, the craft, and the people who make it possible. Thiago is 40% rested agave spirit - no added sugar, no colouring, no shortcuts. Just real blue agave, naturally elevated with flavour and produced in Jalisco with integrity. As young founders navigating the international drinks world (and the highly protected tequila industry), we’ve learned a lot - fast. The one thing that hasn’t changed is our mission:
